“三全育人”高校辅导员精准育人路径研究

Research on the Path of the Political Instructor Precise Educate People for“Three-complete Education”in Colleges and Universities

思想育人作为高校辅导员一项重要的思想政治工作,是促进“三全育人”综合改革实施的有效路径。然而,目前高校辅导员精准育人环节主要存在诸多问题。基于此,文章从“全员、全过程、全方位”角度提出加强构建高校辅导员“三全育人”精准育人路径体系,为优化高校辅导员精准育人路径体系提供可行性方案。

As an important ideological and political work of the political instructor,precise education is an effective way to promote the implementation of the comprehensive reform of“three-complete education”in colleges and universities.However,there are many problems in the accurate education of college counselors.Based on this,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of“three comprehensive education”precise education path system for college counselors from the perspective of“all staff,whole process and all-round”,so as to provide a feasible scheme for optimizing the precise education path system for college counselors.
