现代教育背景下高校思政教师教学实践能力提升途径与策略

Strategies for Improving Teaching Practice Ability of Ideological and Political Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the Context of Modern Education

教学实践能力不等于理论教学和课堂教学能力,而是以实践能力和教学能力的有机结合。在思想政治教育工作中的教学实践能力是指包含课堂理论教学和通过整合社会调查、志愿服务、公益活动、专业课实习等多个途径与方式的手段实现学生思想政治教育实践教学目标,培养学生运用政治理论发现、分析和解决现实问题的能力。在素质教育背景和当今更为复杂多变的社会现实下,高校学生思想政治教育成效的产出结果更受制于教师的教学实践能力和课堂主导水平。本文就现代教育背景下,高校思想政治教师的教学实践能力现状,提出具有实践价值的教学实践能力提升途径和实现策略,为高校创造一个高效、稳定的思想政治教育氛围,夯实学生的思想政治水平,全面落实学生思想道德素养、实现社会主义育人目标。

The ability of teaching practice is not equal to the ability of theoretical teaching and classroom teaching,but the organic combination of practical ability and teaching ability.The teaching practice ability in the ideological and political education work refers to the ability to discover,analyze and solve practical problems by using political theory,including classroom theoretical teaching and the means of integrating social investigation,voluntary service,public welfare activities,professional class practice,etc.Under the background of quality-oriented education and the more complex and changeable social reality,the results of Ideological and political education of college students are more restricted by teachers’teaching practice ability and classroom leading level.In this paper,under the background of modern education,the current situation of the teaching practice ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is discussed,and the ways and strategies to improve the teaching practice ability with practical value are put forward,so as to create an efficient and stable atmosphere of ideological and political education for colleges and universities,consolidate the ideological and political level of students,comprehensively implement the ideological and moral quality of students,and achieve the goal of socialist education.
