文化育人在新时代高校思想政治工作中的实践探索

The Practice of Cultural Education in the Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities in the New Times

在十九大报告中提到文化自信在国家和民族发展中具有更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量。高校承担着立德树人的重要使命,大学校园内的文化是积极向上的,具有继承性、创新性、先进性、多元性等特点,如何通过高校来发挥文化育人的最大价值是重要的理论课题。大学文化根据不同的文化主体可以分为校园文化、班级文化、社团文化、公寓文化,细化不同的文化载体可以优化思想政治教育的实效。通过对相关政策和文献的梳理,分析出不同的教育主体对大学生思想政治教育的内涵,运用文化育人将思想政治教育工作落实落细。

In the report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,it was mentioned that cultural confidence has a more fundamental,deeper and more lasting effect in the development of a country and a nation.Colleges and universities undertake the important mission of cultivating people with morality,and the culture in universities is positive,and fosters characteristics such as inheritance,innovation,advancement and diversity.Understanding the processes of exerting the maximum value of cultural education through colleges and universities is an important theoretical topic.According to different cultural subjects,university culture can be divided into campus culture,class culture,apartment culture and community culture.Utilizing relevant policies and literatures,the author analyzes the connotation of different educational subjects and relates those concepts to the ideological and political education of college students as well as outlining detailed implementation of ideological and political education work by cultural cultivation.
