摘要
上海市中心图书馆经过十多年的发展,已经成为我国最大的城市中心图书馆。本文全面分析了上海市中心图书馆建设中的技术服务难点,提出了构建知识管理与服务平台、引入社会力量参与、把技术服务重心放于日常维护、提升"一卡通"系统服务能级、加大技术服务的标准化规范化等对策,以期为我国其他地区总分馆的建设提供有益的借鉴。
After more than ten years’development,Shanghai Library system has become the largest central-and-branch library system in China.This paper comprehensively analyzes the technical service difficulties in the construction of the system,and puts forward the countermeasures of building knowledge management and service platform,introducing in social forces,focusing on daily maintenance,improving the service level of one card system,and increasing the standardization of technical services,so as to provide useful reference for the construction of central and branch libraries in other areas of China.
