Investigation Report on Security Guarantee of Archive Department in Medical Institutions

目的直观了解医疗卫生机构的档案安全管理水平。方法通过问卷调查方式,从安全制度、基础设施、组织管理、安全技术、应急处置五个方面,收集、整理相关基础数据。结果深入分析和研究目前医疗机构档案安全工作的特征和现状。结论针对档案安全意识薄弱、关键技术落后、基层工作有待加强、缺乏专业安全培训等问题,提出医疗卫生机构档案安全管理体系建设的方向与目标。

Objective:To intuitively understand the level of archive safety management in medical and health institutions.Method:Through questionnaire survey,relevant basic data are collected and sorted out from five aspects:safety system,infrastructure,organization and management,safety technology,and emergency response.Result:The characteristics and status quo of the archive security in medical institutions should be analyzed and studied.Conclusion:The paper puts forward the direction and goal of the construction of archive safety management system in medical and health institutions in view of the weak awareness of archive security,backward key technologies,the need to strengthen grass-roots work,lack of professional safety training and other problems.
