摘要
双级压缩制冷系统中,中间冷却器是必不可少的设备。传统的双管程密封装置一般采用螺栓法兰连接结构,结构复杂且成本较高。本文介绍了一种研发的灌铅密封式新型密封结构,有效提高了密封效果,简化了机械结构,达到了降本增效的目的,更符合实际的生产需求。
The intercooler is an essential equipment component in two-stage compression refrigeration system.The sealing device of double tube side usually adopts traditional bolted flange connections structure,which has a complicated structure and a high cost.In order to simplify sealing device and enhance economic performance,this paper has developed a new type of sealing structure with lead sealing.
