摘要
本文介绍了广州白云冷冻厂氨制冷系统的改造情况。制冷系统的选择受属地管理政策和环保安全多重因素影响。最终采用R507A制冷与载冷剂间接制冷方案。制冷系统转换过程实现不停产改造。通过对比改造前三年与改造后二年制冷系统用电,发现动力耗电平均增加18%。在库容率增加和生活用电增加的情况下,通过有效利用波谷电价,改造后年度平均电费减少12.65%。同时,改造后可减少维护和操作人员数量而节约人力成本,实现减员增效。
This article introduces the reconstruction of ammonia refrigeration system in Guangzhou Baiyun Refrigeration Plant.The choice of refrigeration system is affected by multiple factors including territorial management policies and environmental protection and safety.In the end,R507A indirect refrigeration system is adopted.The refrigeration system transformation process can still control the temperature of the cold room.By comparing the electricity consumption of the refrigeration system three years before the reconstruction and two years after the reconstruction,it is found that the average power consumption increased by 18%.With the increase in the storage capacity rate and the increase in domestic electricity consumption,the annual average electricity bill after the reconstruction reduces by 12.65%with using peak-valley price.After the reconstruction,the number of maintenance and operation personnel can be reduced.
