基于数字信号处理的核反应堆压力容器钢辐照脆化的巴克豪森噪声检测仪 被引量:2

摘要 为了开发用于检测核反应堆压力容器(RPV)钢辐照脆化的便携式巴克豪森噪声无损检测仪,设计了MBN信号传感模块和信号调理模块,结合高性能的数字信号处理器,实现了产生激励信号、采集巴克豪森信号、处理与存储数据及实时显示信号的功能。为了验证该仪器的有效性及可靠性,制备了RPV钢试样,并对其辐照脆化倾向程度进行了检测。试验结果表明,基于DSP处理器的RPV钢辐照脆化检测仪具有较高的检测精度和较快的数据处理能力,为巴克豪森无损检测奠定了良好基础。 To realize the portable non-destructive testing instrument based on Magnetic Barkhausen Noise,the MBN signal sensing module and conditioning module is designed and put into use.Taking advantage of the highperformance digital signal processor served as the core component in the system,the equipment achieves four functions as follows:generating excitation signals,collecting MBN signals,processing and storing experiment data and controlling the LCD screen.In addition,the system is served for the irradiation embrittlement detection of Reactor Pressure Vessel steel samples based on MBN signals.As the experiment shows,the instrument based on DSP performs with higher detection accuracy and faster processing speed.It lays a good foundation for nondestructive detection based on Barkhausen noise.
