全自动口服药品摆药机模式在医院药品质量管理中的应用观察

Application of full-automatic oral drug dispensing-machine mode in drug quality management of hospital

目的研究全自动口服药品摆药机模式在医院药品质量管理中的应用.方法选取2017年2月~2019年2月我院住院部药房药品质量管理中相关资料进行分析,将2017年2月~2018年2月传统人工摆药模式下药品质量管理设为对照组,将2018年2月~2019年2月全自动口服药品摆药机模式下药品质量管理设为研究组,观察统计两组药品盘点时间,比较两组患者药品调剂时间与药品调剂准确率,并比较两组患者对摆药情况满意程度.探究全自动口服药品摆药机的优劣势.结果研究组药品盘点时间低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者药品调剂时间低于对照组(P<0.05)且研究组药品调剂准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对摆药情况总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).全自动口服药品摆药机在使用过程中存在运营成本提高与药盒具有局限性等问题,但可提高工作效率且可提高药品质量管理.结论全自动口服药品摆药机模式可提高摆药效率且具有良好的准确性,可提高药事服务质量与药品质量管理.

0bjective To study application of full-automatic oral drug dispensing-machine mode in drug quality management of hospital.Methods During the period from February 2017 to February 2019,related data for drug quality management in inpatient pharmacy of the hospital were collected for analysis.The condition with drug quality management under traditional artificial drug dispensing mode from February 2017 to February 2018 was defined as control group.The condition with drug quality management under fullautomatic oral drug dispensing-machine mode from February 2018 to February 2019 was defined as study group.The drug checking time in both groups was observed and statistically analyzed.The time and accuracy rate of drug dispensing were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction of patients with drug dispensing was compared between the two groups.The advanlages and disadvantages of full-automatic oral drug dispensing-machine were explored.Results The drug checking time of study group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The drug dispensing time in study group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),while accuracy rate of drug dispensing was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients with drug dispensing in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In usage process of full-automatic oral drug dispensing-machine,there were problems such as increased operating costs and limitations of pill box.However,work efficiency and drug qual ality management could be improved.Conc lusion The full-automatic oral drug dispensing-machine mode can improve drug dispensing efciency.with high accuracy.which can improve quality of pharmacy service and drug quality management.
