摘要
目的观察透析机专用次氯酸钠消毒液的稳定性和安全性。方法采用理化分析方法,对某透析机专用次氯酸钠消毒液的稳定性和安全性进行观察。结果该次氯酸钠消毒液原液有效氯含量为100 g/L,辅以十二烷基苯磺酸钠10 mg/L、碳酸氢钠5000 mg/L和溴化钠8000 mg/L组成。该次氯酸钠消毒液储存性能稳定。用该消毒液消毒后的透析机残留水中细菌总数<100 cfu/m L,内毒素<0.25 EU/m L,残余氯量<0.1 mg/L,透析液离子浓度指标均符合规定。结论本研究透析机专用次氯酸钠消毒液性能稳定,并可确保可靠的消毒效果及残留安全和透析安全性。
Objective To observe the stability and safety of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for hemodialysis machine.Methods The physical and chemical analysis method was used to observe the stability and safety of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for hemodialysis machine.Results The available chlorine content of the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution was 100 g/L,supplemented by sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate 10 mg/L,sodium bicarbonate 5000 mg/L and sodium bromide 8000 mg/L.The storage performance of the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant is stable.The total number of bacteria in the residual water of the hemodialysis machine after sterilization with the disinfectant was<100 cfu/m L,the endotoxin was<0.25 EU/m L,and the amount of residual chlorine was<0.1 mg/L.The ion concentration indexes of the dialysate were all in line with the regulations.Conclusion The performance of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for hemodialysis machine in this study is stable,that ensure the reliable disinfection effect,residual safety and dialysis safety.
