成都地区医院消毒供应中心灭菌设备调查研究

Investigation and research on sterilization equipment of central sterile supply department in hospitals of Chengdu

目的了解成都市部分医院消毒供应中心灭菌设备运行情况和灭菌效果,为医院消毒中心灭菌设备管理和医院感染控制的相关政策法规、标准规范修订提供科学依据。方法问卷调查并结合使用无线温度压力验证仪、生物及化学指示物,对灭菌设备进行物理、化学和生物监测与分析。结果脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器、过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器、环氧乙烷灭菌器消毒供应中心配有率分别为100.00%、76.92%、23.08%;脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器生物监测与化学监测灭菌效果合格率均为100.00%,脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器物理监测灭菌合格率为85.36%,过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器与环氧乙烷灭菌器生物监测灭菌合格率均为100.00%。结论成都地区医院消毒供应中心总体灭菌设备运行良好,但灭菌设备的稳定性与安全性应引起关注。

Objective To understand the operation status and sterilization effect of sterilization equipment in central sterile supply department(CSSD)of some hospitals in Chengdu,and to provide a scientific basis for the revision of relevant policies,regulations and standards of sterilization equipment management and nosocomial infection control in hospital CSSD.Methods The physical,chemical and biological monitoring and analysis of sterilization equipment were carried out using questionnaire survey in combination with wireless temperature and pressure validator,biological and chemical indicators.Results The distribution rate of pulsating vacuum sterilizer,hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer,ethylene oxide sterilizer disinfection in CSSD were 100%,76.92% and 23.08%,respectively;the qualified rate of sterilization effect of pulsating vacuum sterilizer using biological monitoring and chemical monitoring were both 100%,and the qualified rate of sterilization of pulsating vacuum sterilizer using physical monitoring was 85.36%.The qualified rate of sterilization of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer and ethylene oxide sterilizer using biological monitoring were both 100%.Conclusion The sterilization equipments of CSSD in hospitals of Chengdu are generally running well,but the stability and safety of sterilization equipments should be of concern.
