山东省部分医院手术衣使用现状调查

Investigation on the current status of surgical gowns used in some hospitals of Shandong province

目的了解医院手术衣种类及手术衣使用情况,以便指导医疗机构规范对手术衣的管理。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对山东省部分二级和三级医院手术衣使用情况进行调查。结果共调查2015-2016年山东省辖区内107家医院手术衣使用情况。所调查的医院使用手术衣以普通棉织物和一次性无纺布为主,较少医院使用高密度聚酯纤维织物以及PE、TPU、PTFE多层贴合膜复合材料手术衣。不同级别、不同类型医院的手术室中手术衣使用适用类型无明显差异,破损严重为普通棉织物手术衣停用的主要原因。结论医院在选购手术衣时,一次性无纺布手术衣的防护效果是主要考虑因素。普通棉织物手术衣则对其舒适性提出了较高要求,其破损严重的情况在所调查的医院中较普遍,说明手术衣的使用仍需进一步规范和管理。

Objective To understand the types and use of surgical gowns in some hospitals,so as to guide medical institutions to regulate the management of surgical gowns.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the use of surgical gowns in some secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province.Results A total of 107 hospitals within the jurisdiction of Shandong Province from 2015 to 2016 were surveyed on the use of surgical gowns.Surgical gowns used in the surveyed hospitals are mainly ordinary cotton fabrics and disposable non-woven fabrics,and high-density polyester fiber fabrics and PE,TPU,PTFE multilayer adhesive film composite surgical gowns were used in few hospitals.There was no significant difference in the types of surgical gowns used in the operating rooms of different levels and types of hospitals.Serious damage is the main reason for the out of use of ordinary cotton fabric surgical gowns.Conclusion The protective effect of disposable non-woven surgical gowns is the main consideration when purchasing surgical gowns in hospital.There are higher requirements for the comfort of ordinary cotton fabric surgical gowns,and the serious damage is more common in the hospitals investigated,indicating that the use of surgical gowns still needs to be further regulated and managed.
