摘要
针对上湾矿12煤埋深浅、煤层厚、地应力小的特点,采用理论计算及数值模拟分析的方法对12402工作面超大断面开切眼支护结构进行了研究,提出了合理的锚网索支护参数,在现场予以实施,并对超大断面开切眼变形进行了监测,监测结果表明:该支护结构能控制开切眼变形,保证开切眼整体稳定。在保证安全的前提下能提高掘进效率,节省支护投资,对同类型超大断面开切眼支护有一定指导意义。
According to the characteristics of 12 coal seam in Shangwan mine,such as shallow buried depth,thick coal seam and small in-situ stress.Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis are used to study the supporting structure of the super large section cut hole in 12402 working face,and reasonable supporting parameters of anchor mesh cable are put forward,which are implemented in the field,and the deformation of the super large section cut hole is monitored. The monitoring results show that the supporting structure can control the opening, the cutting hole is deformed to ensure the overall stability of the cutting hole. On the premise of ensuring safety,it can improve driving efficiency,save support investment,and has certain guiding significance for the same type of large section open cut support.
