摘要
为了解决深井高应力软岩高位瓦斯抽排巷在掘进结束后回撤过程中回撤方案不正确、工序组织不合理、回撤速度慢、安全生产管理不到位等问题,以中煤新集口孜东矿111305工作面高抽巷为研究对象,对回撤作业方案比较选择、工序安排以及劳动组织状况等进行改进优化,有效解决了设备回撤速度慢、回撤成本高等问题。结果表明:合理的回撤方案有效减少了成本浪费,提高了回撤效率,该工艺对类似条件下的瓦斯抽排巷快速回撤具有较高的借鉴价值。
In order to solve the problems such as incorrect withdrawal plan,unreasonable process organization,slow withdrawal speed and inadequate safety production management in the withdrawal process of high extraction roadway in deep high stress and soft rock after the completion of excavation,taking the high extraction roadway of 111305 coal face of Kouzidong mine, China coal Xinji energy co.,ltd., as the research object, the comparison and selection of withdrawal operation plan, process arrangement and labor organization status are improved the optimization effectively solves the problems of slow speed and high cost of equipment withdrawal. The results show that the reasonable withdrawal scheme can effectively reduce the cost waste and improve the withdrawal efficiency.This technology has a high reference value for the rapid withdrawal of high extraction roadway under similar conditions.
