摘要
为了提高智能化综采适应性,促进工作面地质构造段安全高效回采,通过对龙滩煤电公司3124S工作面构造条件及开采难点进行全面分析,制定了地质钻孔探测断层形态、注浆钻孔加固断层围岩、优化改造巷道系统、超前铺设高冒假顶、补充强化灾害治理和煤机破岩智能开采等一系列成套技术方案,总结了智能化综采工作面过长走向大落差断层开采实践效果和经验,为类似条件推广实施提供借鉴。
In order to improve the adaptability of intelligent comprehensive mining and promote the safe and efficient mining of the geological structural section of the working face, through the comprehensive analysis of the structural conditions and mining difficulties of the 3124 S working face of Longtan coal and power company, the geological borehole detection fault shape, grouting borehole reinforcement of the fault surrounding rock, optimization of the roadway system, advance laying of highrise false roof, supplementary reinforcement of disaster management and coal machine rock breaking are formulated a series of complete technical schemes, such as intelligent mining, summed up the practical effect and experience of long strike and large drop fault mining in the intelligent comprehensive mining face, and provided reference for the promotion and implementation of similar conditions.
