岩巷环向聚能及切缝爆破技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对车集煤矿岩巷爆破中普遍存在的爆破效率低、爆破成型效果差和爆破能耗高的问题,进行了新型控制爆破技术的研究,提出了切缝药包和环向聚能药包爆破技术,并进行了基于切缝药包和环向聚能药包爆破技术的布孔设计。现场试验表明,通过爆破能量控制来缩短工序时间、增加循环进度、提高爆破质量、保障爆破安全,达到了高效低耗爆破效果,实现了岩巷快速掘进。 In view of the problems of low blasting efficiency, poor blasting shaping effect and high energy consumption in rock roadway blasting in Juji coal mine, a new controlled blasting technology is studied, and the blasting technology of slit charge and circumferential shaped charge is put forward the hole layout design based on the technology of slit charge and circumferential shaped charge is also carried out. The field test shows that the blasting energy control can shorten the working procedure time, increase the cycle progress, improve the blasting quality and ensure the blasting safety. The high efficiency and low consumption blasting effect is achieved, and the rock roadway driving is realized quickly.
