摘要 陕北多数煤矿存在井下采空区老窑水、顶板奥灰水等水害治理,采用普通探放水钻孔存在钻孔距离短、精度低极易造成探测盲区等技术难题。螺杆马达结合随钻测量系统的定向长距离钻进技术是近几年来在煤矿瓦斯抽采领域发展起来的新技术,具有施工钻孔距离长、定向精度高、实时控制钻孔轨迹、分支孔绕过掘进工作面进行探放水等优点,已广泛用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采、地质异常体探测等。重点介绍利用定向钻进技术施工长距离探放水孔,达到掘进与探放水平行作业目的,缩短工作面准备时间,提高煤矿开采经济效益。 Most of Shaanxi coal mine underground goaf water of old kiln, such as roof Ordovician Limestone water flood management, using common drain hole is drilling distance is short, low accuracy of detection blind area and other technical difficulties extremely easily. Screw motor combining directional distance drilling technology of MWD system is developed in recent years in the field of coal mine gas extraction of new technology, with drilling construction, long distance, high accuracy and real-time control of borehole trajectory, branch to bypass the tunneling faces to drain, has been widely used in the coal mine gas extraction, detection of geologic abnormal body, and so on. Focuses on the use of directional drilling technology for long distance detection of water holes, to achieve the purpose of parallel operation of excavation and exploration, to shorten the preparation time of the working face,and to improve the economic efficiency of coal mining.
