摘要 以ZDG1500型矿用顶管起吊工装为研究对象,基于其图纸建立三维模型,为各部件定义相应的材料参数,参考其使用过程中的实际安装方式及工况情况定义边界条件,对起吊工装进行力学强度分析,经过有限元分析计算得出起吊工装的受力、安全系数和应变的情况,对起吊工装进行了优化设计,最终使得起吊工装应力小于屈服极限235 MPa,安全系数>1,最大变形<0.003 m,达到了设计要求。 Taking the ZDG1500 mining jacking tool as the research object, a three-dimensional model is established based on its drawings, the corresponding material parameters are defined for each component, the boundary conditions are defined with reference to the actual installation method and working conditions during its use, and the lifting tool is carried out the mechanical strength analysis,through the finite element analysis and calculation of the stress, safety factor and strain of the lifting tooling, the lifting tooling was optimized and designed, and the stress of the lifting tooling was less than the yield limit of 235 MPa, the safety factor>1, the maximum deformation< 0.003 m, which meets the design requirements.
