摘要
介绍了我国煤矿井下高压大功率变频设备的工作环境,简要分析高压大功率变频设备辐射干扰产生机理,阐述高压大功率变频设备带载进行标准测试的必要性。在标准测试环境进行研究的基础上,利用国内首个高压电波10 m法暗室对高压大功率变频设备带载进行辐射发射测试,验证了测试系统的可靠性以及高压大功率变频设备带载进行辐射发射测试在技术上的可行性,证明了高压大功率变频设备在标准场地进行带载辐射发射测试是可行的。对比测试数据发现高压大功率变频设备在满载情况下的辐射发射高于空载情况,证明了高压大功率变频设备带载进行辐射发射测试的必要性。
Introduces the working environment of high voltage and high-voltage frequency conversion equipment used in coal mine in China, analyzes the causes of the radiation interference of the frequency converter, and expounds the necessity of the high voltage and high-power load carrying on the standard test. On the basis of the research of standard test environment, the radiation emission test of high voltage and high-power frequency conversion equipment is carried out, and the test results are analyzed and studied. The contrast test data show that the radiation emission intensity of high-voltage high-power frequency conversion equipment under different loads is different. The test methods and results will be valued for testing and standard setting.
