煤泥煅烧水泥熟料的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究煤泥替代标煤作为燃料并利用其灰分煅烧水泥熟料的可行性,选取神东矿区保德、石圪台、布尔台、大柳塔4个煤矿的煤泥作为试验原料,通过分析其特性,设计了与之相适应的生料配比并进行了熟料煅烧试验和熟料物理性能试验。结果表明:煤泥灰与标煤灰化学成分相似,是良好的硅铝质原料。在煅烧过程中,熟料中f-CaO的含量随温度的升高而降低,当煅烧温度达到1400℃时,熟料基本煅烧完成,保德煤泥生料的易烧性最好,石圪台煤泥的易烧性最差,布尔台煤泥、大柳塔煤泥、标煤三者生料的易烧性相近。4种煤泥配比熟料的安定性和凝结时间均满足普通硅酸盐水泥规范要求。 In order to research the feasibility of coal slime replacing standard coal as the fuel and raw material for cement clinker calcination, 4 kinds of slime in Shendong mining area including Baode,Shigetai, Bu′ertai and Daliuta were selected as the experimental material. Based on the analysis of their characteristics, the corresponding raw material proportion was designed;the cement clinker calcination experiment and the clinker physical properties test were conducted as well. The results show that coal slime ash is a good raw material of alumina-silica and its chemical composition is similar to that of standard coal ash. During calcination experiment, the content of f-CaO in clinker decreased with the increase of temperature. The clinker calcination was basically completed when the temperature reached1 400 ℃. The burn-ability of Baode coal slime was best, while Shigetai coal slime was worst. The Bu′ertai, Daliuta and Standard coal slime have the similar burn-ability. The stability and setting time of above 4 kinds of coal slime clinker all meet the standard requirements of portland cement.
