老年重症肺炎合并低钠血症诊治的临床进展

The Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Progress of Severe Pneumonia Complicated With Hyponatremia in Elderly Patients

老年重症肺炎患者由于基础疾病、病原体变异、抗生素滥用等因素影响,容易并发低钠血症,而并发低钠血症的临床表现不够典型,容易造成漏诊、误诊,如果诊断不及时、治疗不到位,容易加重患者病情进展,甚至危及患者生命。因此,做好老年重症肺炎患者血钠水平的常规监测,及早诊断、及时纠正低钠血症,能够提高老年重症肺炎患者的治疗效果及预后质量。

Elderly patients with severe pneumonia were prone to hyponatremia due to underlying diseases,pathogen mutation,antibiotic abuse and other factors,but the clinical manifestations of hyponatremia was not typical,which easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.The no-timely diagnosis and no-correct treatment could aggravate the disease progress and then endanger patients’lives.Therefore,the routine monitoring of serum sodium level and timely diagnosis and correction of hyponatremia can improve the treatment effect and prognosis quality for elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
