紧急宫颈环扎术对妊娠结局的影响因素分析

目的调查分析宫颈环扎术对妊娠结局的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2016年6月—2018年6月我院收治的80例紧急宫颈环扎术的急症患者,分析其临床资料及影响因素。结果 80例宫颈环扎术患者中,49例患者在(15~22)周行宫颈环扎术。31例患者在(18~25)周行宫颈环扎术。平均延长胎龄(12.34±3.67)周。缝合孕周18~25周的延长孕周> 8周的例数超过缝合孕周15~17周,有显著差异(P<0.05)。宫颈长度> 2.5 cm的延长孕周> 8周的例数超过宫颈长度<2.5 cm,有显著差异(P <0.05)。延长孕周> 8周的胎膜早破、感染发生率低于延长孕周<8周,有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论缝合孕周、宫颈长度、并发症对妊娠结局有明显影响。

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of cervical cervical ligation on pregnancy outcome.Methods Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of acute cervical ligation patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018,analysis of their clinical data and influencing factors.Results Among the 80 patients with cervical cyclization,49 patients underwent cervical cyclization around(15~22).Thirty-one patients underwent cervical ligation around(18~25).The mean gestational age was prolonged by(12.34±3.67)weeks.The number of cases with the prolongation of>at the gestational age of suture at 18~25 weeks was higher than that at the gestational age of suture at 15~17 weeks,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The number of cases with>2.5 cm prolongation of cervical length at 8 weeks of gestational age with<2.5 cm of cervical length was significantly different(P<0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and infection in prolonged gestational weeks>8 weeks was lower than that in prolonged gestational weeks<8 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion Suturing gestational age,length of cervix and complications have significant effects on pregnancy outcome.
