集束化护理对宫颈癌化疗患者效果影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Chemotherapy of Cervical Cancer

目的对宫颈癌化疗患者采取集束化护理干预后,其生存质量以及护理满意度影响进行探究与分析。方法对2018年2月—2018年12月在我院妇科就诊的100例宫颈癌化疗的患者进行分组,随机将其分为两组(观察组、对照组),每组各50例。其中对照组应用常规护理手段,观察组则在此基础上对患者采取集束化护理。对两组患者的生存质量以及护理满意度进行细致对比。结果经过干预后观察组躯体功能、生理功能、情绪状况、精神状况明显好于对照组,护理总体满意度92.00%高于对照组72.00%。差异值具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采取集束化护理干预可大幅提高宫颈癌患者生存质量,对病情改善有着可观显效,同时护理满意度较高。临床价值显著,可广泛应用于对患者的护理模式中。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of cluster nursing intervention on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 100 cases of patients receiving chemotherapy for cervical cancer in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups(observation group and control group)randomly,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,while the observation group was treated with cluster nursing on this basis.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared carefully.Results After intervention,the physical function,physiological function,emotional state and mental state of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the overall nursing satisfaction was 92.00%higher than that of the control group(72.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer,has considerable effect on the improvement of the condition,and nursing satisfaction is high.It has significant clinical value and can be widely used in the nursing model of patients.
