摘要
针对计算机专业应用型人才培养的若干问题,本文提出了一套基于校企合作的“2.5+1.5”的人才培养方案,按照行业的用人标准,校企共同制定人才培养方案及专业课程体系,培养符合人才市场需求的高级应用型人才。
Aiming at some problems of the application-oriented talent training of computer major,a“2.5+1.5”talent training program based on school-enterprise cooperation is proposed in this paper.According to the industry's employment standards,the talent training program and specialized course system are made by university and enterprises to cultivate the advanced application-oriented talents who meet the needs of the talent market.
