Hp感染人群的中医体质和糖脂代谢分析

Analysis of TCM Physique and Glucose and Lipid Metabolism of People Infected with Hp

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染人群的中医体质和糖脂代谢等指标的相关性,为有效管理和预防Hp感染提供参考。方法选取我校2019年3~11月体检的200名教职工作为研究对象,其中111例Hp阳性者作为观察组,89例Hp阴性者作为对照组,比较两组中医体质及糖脂代谢情况。结果两组平和质、痰湿质、阳虚质、湿热质人数分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,痰湿质、湿热质是Hp感染的危险因素;观察组低密度脂蛋白、BMI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空腹血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、湿热质人群的甘油三酯与其他体质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他体质低密度脂蛋白、BMI、总胆固醇、空腹血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Hp感染与痰湿质、湿热质以及血脂代谢紊乱具有一定相关性。对于痰湿质、湿热质人群,可通过调治个人体质,同时改变宿主的因素等干预方法,减少Hp感染。

Objective To explore the correlation between the physique of traditional Chinese medicine and glucose and lipid metabolism of the people infected with Helicobacter pylori(Hp),so as to provide reference for effective management and prevention of Hp infection.Methods A total of 200 faculty and staff who had a physical examination from March to November 2019 in our school were selected as the research objects.111 cases of Hp positive were used as the observation group and 89 cases of Hp negative were used as the control group.The physique and glucose and lipid metabolism of the two groups were compared.Results The difference in the distribution of the two groups of people with peaceful quality,phlegm-damp quality,Yang-deficiency quality,and damp-heat quality was statistically significant(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that phlegm-damp quality,damp-heat quality were risk factors for Hp infection;observation group Low-density lipoprotein and BMI were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of triglycerides,total cholesterol,and fasting blood glucose between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The triglycerides of people with Qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis,and damp-heat were compared with other constitutions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);other constitutions were compared with low-density lipoprotein,BMI,total cholesterol,and fasting blood sugar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Hp infection has a certain correlation with phlegm-damp quality,damp-heat quality and blood lipid metabolism disorder.For people with phlegm-dampness and damp-heat qualities,intervention methods such as adjusting personal constitution and changing host factors can be used to reduce Hp infection.
