摘要
为改善拉拉铜矿铜钼分离指标,并降低硫化钠用量,进行了控制浮选机转速的试验研究。采用变频技术对生产工艺进行改造,可以使铜钼分离作业钼的回收率由65%提升至80%以上,硫化钠的用量由45 kg/t降低至21 kg/t左右;通过对变频器的选型、安装及维护的认识,实践证明:ACS510型变频器适用于铜钼分离作业变频控制,且效果显著。
The experimental study on rotating speed controlling of flotation machine is carried out in order to improve the separation targets of copper and molybdenum from Lala copper mine,and to reduce the sodium sulphide dosage,the production process is improved by variable frequency technology,therefore the recovery rate of molybdenum from copper&molybdenum separation operation is increased from 65%to 80%,the dosage of sodium sulphide is decreased from 45 kg/t to approximately 21 kg/t;practice has proven that ACS510 transducer is adopted for frequency converting control of copper molybdenum separation operation,and it is very effective.
