摘要
分析了铜结晶轮及铸造机钢带的失效原因和形式,采取了延长使用寿命的措施,使单根铸机钢带铝合金通过量由150 t/根提升至600 t/根,单个铜结晶轮铝合金通过量由1万t/只提升至2万t/只。
The reason and form of steel belt failure of copper crystallizing wheel and casting machine,the service life lengthen measure is adopted,the aluminum alloy throughput of single casting machine steel belt is increased from 150 t/steel belt to 600 t/steel belt,the aluminum alloy throughput of single copper crystallizing wheel is increased from 10000 t/wheel to 20000 t/wheel.
