针对昆钢本部炼钢厂节铁增钢工作的需要,在转炉炉后平台设计加废钢装置,装置采用倾翻式,结构简单,操作维护方便,投入使用后设备运行稳定,年多产钢近1万t,取得了良好的效果。

The steel scrap feeding device is designed for the platform behind the converter according to the requirements of iron saving and steel increasing work in steelmaking plant of Kunming Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.;the device is a tilting type with simple structure,with easy operation and simply maintenance,the converter operation operation smooth after the device put into service,the annual steel yield is about ten thousand tons,which achived the great of achievements.
