Development of Anti-sour Super-thick Plate Q345R(R-HIC)for Pressure Vessel

摘要 依靠先进的装备能力,通过对化学成分、冶炼、模铸、加热、轧制及热处理等工艺的优化设计及精准控制,湘钢成功开发出200 mm压力容器用Q345R(R-HIC)特厚抗酸钢板。试验结果表明,实物钢板钢质纯净,P、S等有害元素及夹杂物含量低,晶粒细小,组织均匀;经590℃回火保温14 h的模拟焊后热处理具有良好的强韧性和抗层状撕裂能力;同时拥有良好的抗氢致开裂及抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂性能;各项性能完全符合抗酸容器的技术要求。 With advanced equipments,through optimization and precise control of chemical composition,smelting,molding,heating,rolling and heat treatment processes,Xiangtan Steel has successfully developed 200 mm thick Q345 R(R-HIC)for sour-resistant pressure vessel.The test results show that the steel plate has good uniformity in the head,tail and thickness direction.After being tempered at 590℃and held for 14 h,the simulated post weld heat treatment still has good strength,toughness and lamellar tearing resistance.The steel is pure,with low content of harmful elements such as P and S,fine grains and uniform structure,and good resistance to hydrogen induced cracking and sulfide stress corrosion.And all properties fully meet the technical requirements for sour-resistant vessel.
