摘要
对湘钢二高炉开炉的经验进行了总结,在二高炉开炉过程中,虽然实现了快速达产达效的目的,但是整个过程中依然有一些不足。高炉开炉的关键在于开炉料的装入,在精准计算开炉料的组成的基础上,合理设定各段开炉料的位置;砌筑过程保证施工质量,送风前试车充分,保证设备能正常运行;在开炉送风的过程中,控制加风进程确保煤气流分布稳定有序,在炉内正常软熔带形成之前,切忌激进操作,影响后续炉况恢复;完善出铁组织,出好第一炉铁。
The experience of blowing in of 2#blast furnace in Xiangtan Steel is summarized.Although the goal of rapidly reaching production rate is achieved,there are still some deficiencies in the whole process.The key to blow in of blast furnace is to load the furnace burden and the emphasis is to accurately calculate the composition and position of the raw fuel in each section;the construction quality shall be ensured during the bricklaying process,and the trial run before air supply shall be sufficient to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;during the blowing in and air supply process,the blowing in process shall be controlled to ensure the stable and orderly distribution of gas flow,and before the formation of cohesive zone,aggressive operation shall be avoided to guarantee subsequent recovery of furnace condition;the tapping organization shall be improved to better produce the first furnace of iron.
