Zr46.3Cu44.3Al8.9Si1.5非晶合金在酸溶液中的腐蚀行为

Corrosion Behavior of ZrCuAlSi Amorphous Alloy in Acid Solution

摘要 为了探究自制Zr46.3Cu44.3Al8.9Si1.5非晶合金在不同酸性溶液中的腐蚀行为,采用矢重法、电化学法和形貌观察法研究了Zr46.3Cu44.3Al8.9Si1.5非晶合金在3 mol/L的HCl、H2SO4、HNO4溶液中的耐蚀性并测定了试样的极化曲线和阻抗谱。实验结果显示:Zr46.3Cu44.3Al8.9Si1.5非晶合金在酸性介质中抗腐蚀能力较好,且抗腐蚀性能的好坏与腐蚀介质的种类和非晶合金的结构的有关;非晶合金在HCl溶液中较H2SO4、HNO4溶液中耐蚀能力差。由此可见,Zr46.3Cu44.3Al8.9Si1.5非晶合金在含Cl-的酸性溶液中不易钝化,而在其他两种酸性溶液中较易产生稳定的钝化膜,能有效保护合金。 To investigate the corrosion behavior of self-made Zr46.3 Cu44.3 Al8.9 Si1.5 amorphous alloy in different acid solutions,the corrosion resistance of Zr46.3 Cu44.3 Al8.9 Si1.5 amorphous alloy in 3 mol/L HCl,HNO4 and H2 SO4 solutions was studied by vector weight and electrochemical measurements and morphology observation methods.And the polarization curves and impedance spectra of the samples were measured.Test results shows that Zr46.3 Cu44.3 Al8.9 Si1.5 amorphous alloy has good corrosion resistance in acid solutions,and its corrosion resistance is related to types of corrosive media and structure of amorphous alloy.The corrosion resistance of amorphous alloy in HCl solution is worse than that in HNO4 and H2 SO4 solutions.Thus,Zr46.3 Cu44.3 Al8.9 Si1.5 amorphous alloy is not easy to be passivated in the acidic solution containing Cl-,but it is easier to form stable passive film in the other two acid solutions,which can effectively protect the alloy.
