肝脏低温灌注技术临床应用的研究进展
摘要
由于器官来源的不足,心脏死亡供肝等质量不佳的肝脏被应用于临床,为修复供肝质量,低温灌注技术逐渐被使用。本文分析了临床肝脏低温机械灌注和低温氧合机械灌注的应用报道,从适应证、实施方法、疗效等方面进行总结,以期为临床应用提供参考。
