面向研究需求的数据服务体系构建与思考

Construction and Thinking of Data Service System Towards Research Needs

数据服务作为图书馆服务的一个新领域受到越来越多的关注和重视,并且图书馆界在以不同形式、广度、深度开展数据服务。对于相当一部分图书馆而言,尝试和探索数据服务需要借鉴相对成熟的经验以降低犯错或“跑偏”的概率以及合理避开“困境”以提高可行性。文章为此类图书馆提供构建数据服务体系的路径参考,该路径首先从理论层面为数据服务提供支撑,然后从数据资源集成、数据服务提供、条件保障等实践层面为数据服务提供方法,并辅之以中国科学院文献情报中心的数据服务实践为案例,以期为图书馆探索数据服务提供具有现实意义的借鉴。

As a new field of library services,data services are receiving more and more attention,and the library communities are carrying out data services in different forms,breadth and depth.For a considerable part of libraries,trying out and exploring data services requires learning from relatively mature experience to reduce the probability of mistakes or“deviation”and reasonably avoid the“dilemma”so as to increase feasibility.This paper provides a reference for the construction of data service system for such libraries.This path first provides theoretical supports to data services,and then provides methods to data services from the practical aspects of data resources integration,data service providing and conditions assurance,etc.Moreover,the path takes the data service practice of the National Science Library at Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example in order to provide a practical reference for libraries to explore data services.
