摘要
在含油钻屑热脱附处置过程中,柴油部分裂解及岩屑中的物质会生成废气,处理过程中发生少量泄漏,影响周边空气质量,本研究确定了以分散收集—清水喷淋—碱水喷淋—活性炭吸附—资源化利用为主的废气处理工艺,经过该工艺处理后的废气指标满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015)、《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)厂界标准值,既消除了废气的污染,又降低了废气处理成本。
In the process of thermal desorption of oil-bearing drilling cuttings,waste gas will be generated from partial cracking of diesel oil and materials in rock cuttings.A small amount of leakage occurs during the treatment process,which affects the surrounding air quality.In this study,a waste gas treatment process based on dispersion collection,clean water spray,alkali water spray,activated carbon adsorption and resource utilization is determined,and the waste gas indexes after treatment meet the requirements The factory boundary standard values of emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry(GB 31570-2015)and emission standard for odor pollutants(GB 14554-1993)not only eliminate the pollution of waste gas,but also reduce the cost of waste gas treatment.
