摘要
目的探索多元文化护理的教学改革,为多元文化护理教育教学改革的开展提供依据。方法选择50名大专护理专业学生(以下简称护生)为研究对象,对研究对象实施多元文化护理教学模式,采用调查问卷法分析比较干预前后护生对多元护理知识的掌握情况和跨文化敏感度,分析教学模式实施前后的学习效果。结果实施多元文化护理教学模式后护生多元文化护理知识的总得分从(93.38±9.75)分提高到(116.32±10.13)分,跨文化敏感度的总得分从(76.56±8.15)分升至(88.43±7.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t值为9.28、8.65,P<0.01)。结论多元文化护理教学模式使护生跨文化敏感度和多元文化护理的能力得到大辐提升,取得显著的教学效果,有较高的实践和推广价值。
Objective To study the practice of multicultural nursing teaching,explore the teaching reform of multicultural nursing,and provide the basis for the development of multicultural nursing teaching reform.Methods Totally 50 college nursing students were selected as the research objects,and the multicultural nursing teaching mode was implemented for the research objects.The questionnaire was used to analyze and compare the mastery and cross-cultural sensitivity of nursing students before and after the intervention,and to analyze the learning effect before and after the implementation of the teaching mode.Results After the implementation of multicultural nursing knowledge of nursing students increased from(93.38±9.75)points to(116.32±10.13)points,and the total score of cross-cultural sensitivity increased from(76.56±8.15)points to(88.43±7.62)points.The difference was statistically significant(t values were 9.28,8.65,P<0.01).Conclusion The multi-cultural nursing teaching mode greatly improves the cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability of multi-cultural nursing of nursing students,achieves significant teaching effect,and has high practical and promotion value.
