Objective:To investigate the effect of manipulative decapitation and internal fixation on the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods:86 patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus treated from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected as objects, and the random number table was divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with plaster external fixation or open reduction and internal fixation, while the observation group was treated with manipulative reduction and closed puncture internal fixation. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the patients was evaluated, and the elbow joint function score, fracture healing time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:the elbow joint function scores of the observation group at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the bone healing time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus with manipulative decapulmonary fixation and internal fixation has significant effects, shortens the healing time of the fracture, reduces the occurrence of complications, and is safe and worthy of promotion.
