观察闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果

Clinical Observation of Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Kirschner wire Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children

目的:对闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果进行调研和分析。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年5月到我院骨科接受肱骨髁上骨折的40例患者作为调研对象,以随机法分为对照组20例和观察组20例。其中,对照组患者接受传统手术治疗;观察组患者实施闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗。观察并对比2组患者术后并发症情况以及关节功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者术后并发症总发生率10.00%,明显低于对照组40.00%,且关节功能恢复优良率80.00%,高于对照组60.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在肱骨髁上骨折患者接受治疗的过程中,采用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定疗法的治疗效果良好,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children.Methods:Sixty-four patients who underwent humeral supracondylar fractures from January 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases).Among them,the control group received traditional surgery;the observation group underwent closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation.The postoperative complications and recovery of joint function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(40.00%),and the excellent rate of joint function recovery was 80.00%higher than that in the control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with supracondylar fracture of the humerus,the treatment with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation is effective and worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
