无缝隙护理在关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折护理中的应用探讨

Application of Seamless Nursing in the Treatment of Avulsion Fracture at the end of Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Tibia under Arthroscopy

目的:探究无缝隙护理在关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折护理中的应用价值.方法:选取2018年7月-2019年5月我院收治的前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折患者50例,随机分成2组,对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行无缝隙护理干预.结果:观察组意外事件的发生率少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:无缝隙护理在关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱性骨折护理中,具有良好效果,值得推广应用.

Objective:To explore the application value of seamless nursing in the treatment of avulsion fracture at the end of anterior cruciate ligament of tibia under arthroscopy.Methods:50 patients with avulsion fracture at the end of anterior eruciate ligament tibia ad-mited to our hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing inter-vention,and the research group received seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The incidence of acci-dents in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing in the treatment of anterior eruciate ligament tibial end avulsion fracture nursing under arthroscopy,has a good efect is wothy of promotion and application.
