精益管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折病人行PFNA内固定术护理中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Lean Management mode in the Nursing of Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Undergoing PFNA internal fixation

目的:分析精益管理模式在股骨粗隆间骨折病人行PFNA内固定术护理中的应用价值分析。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2019年7月收治73例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,按随机数表分为2组,对照组36例给予常规护理,观察组37例使用精益管理模式,对2组护理效果、生活质量及满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者髋关节功能评分为(88.72±10.80)分,优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分比对照组优(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为94.59%,比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:精益管理模式应用于股骨粗隆间骨折患者中,可促进髋关节功能恢复,有效提升患者生活质量及护理满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of lean management mode in the nursing of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing PFNA internal fixation.Methods:Seventy-three patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The 36 patients in the control group received routine care,and other 37 patients in the study group used lean management mode.The nursing effects,quality of life and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The hip function score of the study group was(88.72±10.80),which was better than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 94.59%,which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lean management mode was applied to patients with intertrochanteric fractures,which could promote the recovery of hip function and effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It was worthy of popularization in clinical use.
