摘要
目的:研究趋化因子受体CCR9及其配体CCL25在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:通过免疫组化法检测68例OSCC组织和30例正常口腔黏膜组织(normal oral mucosa,NOM)中CCR9和CCL25的表达情况。结合临床病理资料,分析CCR9和CCL25与口腔鳞癌患者临床病理特征及两者相互之间表达的相关性。结果:1)口腔鳞癌组织中CCR9和CCL25的阳性表达率分别为61.8%(42/68)及58.8%(40/68),显著高于NOM(P<0.05);2)CCR9和CCL25在OSCC中的表达与口腔鳞癌分化程度、TNM分期及是否有淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别及肿瘤直径大小无关(P>0.05);3)在OSCC组织中,CCR9与CCL25蛋白之间的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CCR9和CCL25的过表达可能参与口腔鳞癌细胞的发生、发展、侵袭和转移,此发现或可为OSCC的病因学研究提供新的依据。
Objective:To investigate the expression of CCR9 and its ligand CCL25 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and its clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of CCR9 and CCL25 in 68 cases of OSCC tissue and 30 cases of normal oral mucosa(NOM)tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The correlation between CCR9 and CCL25 expressions and the correlation between their expression and clinicopathological characteristics of OSCC patients were analyzed with clinicopathological data.Results:The positive rates of CCR9 and CCL25 expressions in OSCC tissues were significantly higher than those in NOM tissues[61.8%(42/68)and 58.8%(40/68),P<0.05].The expression of CCR9 and CCL25 in OSCC was significantly correlated to the degree of differentiation of OSCC,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not to age,gender and tumor diameter(P>0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between CCR9 and CCL25 expressions in OSCC tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:Overexpression of CCR9 and CCL25 may be involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of OSCC,providing a new basis for research on the etiology of OSCC.
