献血者归队的信息化管理

Informatization management for the reentry of blood donors

目的建立血站实验室献血者归队信息化管理系统,将献血者归队纳入实验室质量管理。方法将献血者归队的流程整合到血站实验室信息化管理系统(LIS)中,使献血者归队各个环节标准化;设计符合血站实验室归队管理要求的信息流与控制模块来监控献血者归队管理的全过程。结果所建立的献血者归队信息化管理系统包括献血者管理、标本采集、标本交接、检测结果录入、检测结果汇总、检测结果发布、检测项目设定、献血者状态变更等关键控制点。与血站实验室信息化管理系统(LIS)实现了检测数据的共享,实现了从献血者管理、检测前、中、后各关键点的控制,到检测结果追溯、确认试验的开展等全过程的有效监控。结论献血者归队信息化管理系统的建立使献血者归队得以有效纳入血站实验室质量管理管理体系。

Objective To establish an informatization management system for the reentry of blood donors and to incorporate the reentry procedure into the laboratory quality management system in blood banks. Methods The process of blood donor′s reentry procedure was integrated into laboratory information management system(LIS) to standardize all aspects. The information flow and control module that met the requirements of reentry management were designed to monitor the entire process throughout the reentry management. Results The established informatization management system concerning blood donor′s reentry included such key control points as blood donor management, blood collection and acceptance, test results entry, summary and release, testing items setting, and blood donor status change etc.. The test data was shared with LIS. The effective monitoring of the entire process, including blood donor management, the key points control before/during/after test, tracing and confirmation of test results etc. was realized.Conclusion The establishment of the informatization management system of the blood donor reentry enabled the blood donor reentry procedure could be incorporated into the laboratory quality management system of blood banks.
