Establishment and implementation of security grade protection of Dalian Blood Center Information System

目的随着血液信息化水平的快速发展,网络安全威胁问题也日趋严峻,采供血机构必须要加强网络安全保障工作,网络安全等级保护就是采供血机构网络信息安全保障的重要手段。方法依据相关法律法规及标准,明确等级保护建立流程,总结归纳等级保护实施步骤。结果本文介绍了大连市血液中心信息系统网络安全等级保护的建立与实施过程,针对血液管理信息系统、医院输血管理信息系统、中心网站三大主要业务系统进行了信息系统网络安全等级保护,优化了网络安全资源配置,保障采供血机构网络及信息系统安全。结论采供血机构必须高度重视等级保护工作,不断完善网络及信息系统的安全防护措施。

Objective With the rapid development of blood information system, the threat of network security is becoming increasingly serious. Network security grade protection is one of the important means to strengthen network security for blood centers. Methods The process flow of grade protection is developed and its implementation steps were summarized according to relevant laws, regulations and standards.Results The network security grade protection aimed at three major systems:blood management information system, blood transfusion management information system of hospitals and websites of blood centers, which optimized the resource allocation of network security and safeguard the security of network and information system of blood centers.Conclusion High attention should be paid to grade protection by blood centers. and constant optimization in protection measures for the network and information system should be launched.
