摘要
目的研究盐酸屈他维林的晶型。方法建立了盐酸屈他维林晶型制备方法和分析方法,通过用水和乙醇重结晶得到盐酸屈他维林的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ晶型,并用粉末X-ray衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析对这些晶型进行表征。结果与结论晶型Ⅰ可能含0.5个乙醇分子,晶型Ⅱ、Ⅲ可能分别含1个、1.5个水分子。
OBJECTIVE To study the crystal form of Drotaverine hydrochloride( DH). METHODS The methods for preparation and analysis of the polymorphs of DH were established. DH was recrystallized from water or ethanol,and three polymorphic forms which were defined as form I,form Ⅱ and form Ⅲ,were obtained and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Form I may contain 0. 5 ethanol molecules.Form II and Form III may contain 1 and 1. 5 water molecules respectively.
