摘要 目的评价浓密贝母、叶贝母和暗紫贝母栽培品的品质差异。方法根据2015年版《中国药典》一部中川贝母项下的规定,比较浓密贝母、卷叶贝母和暗紫贝母的外观、性状、水分、灰分、醇溶性浸出物及总生物碱的含量,采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶长度多态性方法、HPLC法及TLC法对比分析栽培浓密贝母、卷叶贝母及暗紫贝母。结果浓密贝母的外观性状与卷叶贝母相似,浓密贝母的DNA鉴定条带与卷叶贝母和暗紫贝母一致,浓密贝母的总生物碱含量高于卷叶贝母和暗紫贝母。结论浓密贝母在四川甘孜和阿坝地区作为川贝母的替代品使用具有一定科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To compare the quality of cultivated Fritillaria mellea Bulbus(FMB),Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus(FCB)and Fritillaria unibracteata Bulbus(FUB).METHODS According to requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2015 Edition,the appearance character,water content,ash content,alcohol soluble extract content and total alkaloids content of FMB,FCB and FUB was determined,and comparative analysis was also conducted.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms(PCR-RFLP)method,HPLC and TLC technology were also performed to study the quality difference of three kinds of bulbus.RESULTS The appearance of FMB is greatly similar to that of FCB.The DNA bands of FMB was similar to that of FCB and FUB,and the content of total alkaloid of the FMB is higher than the other two samples.CONCLUSION The study has provided certain scientific basis for the use of FMB as a substitute of FCB and FUB.
