目的探讨利用数字化流程再造及互联网信息技术优化产科门诊的诊疗流程的优势。方法针对就诊多个环节进行流程再造、对高危孕产妇形成门诊管理闭环,并创建决策系统对产科门诊进行综合管理。结果产科门诊流程再造及决策系统的创建为患者提供了极为便捷的数字化孕期保健服务,提升了服务效率、强化了医务人员对高危孕产妇的管理,同时也便于管理层对孕期保健工作动态的实时掌握,提高了医疗质量,减少了窗口服务和人力资源的投入。结论数字化流程再造及互联网信息技术在产科门诊流程管理优势显著。

Objective To explore the advantages of using digital process reengineering and Internet information technology to optimize the diagnosis and treatment process of obstetric clinic.Methods Process reengineering was carried out for multiple procedures.A closed loop of outpatient management was formed for high-risk pregnant women.A decision-making system was established for comprehensive management of outpatient department of obstetrics.Results The reengineering of obstetrical outpatient procedures and the establishment of the decision-making system have provided convenient digital prenatal care services for pregnant women,improved the efficiency of obstetrical services,and strengthened the management of high-risk pregnant women by medical personnel,so as to facilitate the real-time management of obstetrical outpatient work.It also improved quality of care and reduced investment in window services and human resources.Conclusion Digital process reengineering and Internet information technology have significant advantages in obstetric outpatient process management.
