2型糖尿病与妇科恶性肿瘤共病的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress on comorbidities of type 2 diabetes and gynecological malignancies

糖尿病与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,两者相辅相成,相互加重,为肿瘤的诊治及护理带来困难,并严重影响治疗效果,造成更多并发症。近年来,许多研究表明二甲双胍具有良好的抗肿瘤效应,有望在妇科恶性肿瘤的预防及治疗中发挥巨大作用。本文就2型糖尿病与妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展的相关性及临床诊治进展进行综述,并探讨分析二甲双胍抑癌的相关机制。

Diabetes is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.The two complement each other and aggravate each other,which brings difficulties to the diagnosis and treatment of tumors,seriously affects the treatment effect,and causes more complications.In recent years,many studies have shown that metformin has a good antitumor effect and is expected to play a huge role in the prevention and treatment of gynecological malignancies.This article reviewed the correlation between type 2 diabetes and the development of gynecological malignancies,as well as the clinical diagnosis and treatment progress,and explored the relevant mechanisms of metformin suppression.
