经济激励对老年人群流感疫苗接种行为的作用机制与效果分析

Working Mechanism and Effects of the Economic Incentives on Influenza Vaccination Behaviour in Elderly

目的:分析经济激励改变老年人群流感疫苗接种行为的作用机制与效果。方法:利用MAXQDA 2018软件对定性资料进行主题框架分析。结果:经济激励能够显著提高接种覆盖率,但对社会经济状况的异质性尚不清楚;经济激励方案的不同会导致干预效果存在较大差异;经济激励措施的成本效益尚需进一步研究。结论:鉴于经济激励对健康行为的重要影响以及中国日趋严峻的老龄化趋势,需进一步探索适合我国政治经济环境的经济激励策略,以促进健康老龄化的实现。

Objective:To analyse the working mechanism and effects of economic incentives on vaccination behaviour among elderly population.Methods:Thematic framework analysis was adopted by using MAXQDA 2018 Software.Results:Economic incentives could greatly increase coverage rate of influenza vaccine with heterogeneity at socio-demographic aspects;different economic incentive schedules resulted in the effect discrepancy;and further studies were needed on the theme of cost-effectiveness of economic incentives.Conclusion:Considering the important role of economic incentive in the health behaviour and the large aging population in China,it is especially vital to explore feasible economic incentive policy strategies adapted to China's political and economic environment to improve health aging in China.
