基于血清胃功能3项及Wnt/β-catenin信号通路相关蛋白探索萎胃颗粒对胃癌前病变患者的作用 被引量:9

Effect of Weiwei granules on gastric precancerous patients based on Wnt β-catenin signaling pathway combined with serum gastric function

摘要 [目的]探讨基于Wnt/β-catenin信号通路相关蛋白联合血清胃功能3项探索萎胃颗粒对胃癌前病变患者作用的影响。[方法]选取2018年1月~2019年6月于我院就诊并治疗的胃癌前病变患者120例为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组予以维酶素颗粒,观察组予以萎胃颗粒治疗,比较2组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后Wnt1、β-catenin及cyclin D1蛋白水平和血清胃功能情况。[结果]观察组患者治疗总有效率为85.00%显著高于对照组46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2组患者治疗前、对照组患者治疗前后比较,各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者PGⅠ及PGR、G-17显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前、对照组患者治疗前后比较,Wnt1、β-catenin及cyclin D1蛋白各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]萎胃颗粒治疗胃癌癌前病变可显著提高患者治疗疗效,其可能机制为通过调控Wntβ-catenin信号通路改善胃黏膜功能,对迟滞和降低胃癌发生风险有重要作用。 [Objective]To explore the effect of weiwei granules on gastric precancerous patients based on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway related proteins combined with serum gastric function.[Methods]A total of 120 patients with precancerous lesions who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitasin granules,while the observation group was treated with weiwei granules.The therapeutic effect,protein levels of Wnt1,beta-catenin and cyclin D1 before and after treatment,and serum gastric function of the two groups were compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 85.00% in the observation group which was significantly higher than that in the control group(46.67%)(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment and in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),while the pg-i and PGR in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment and in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Wnt1,β-catenin and cyclin D1 proteins in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The treatment of gastric precancerous lesions by weiwei granule can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and its possible mechanism is to improve gastric mucosal function by regulating the wnt-catenin signaling pathway,which plays an important role in delaying and reducing the risk of gastric cancer.
