烧结矿铁料单耗及其对原、燃料成本的影响 被引量:1

摘要 烧结矿铁料单耗是直接影响烧结矿单位制造成本的关键指标。通过理论计算与回归分析研究烧结矿铁料单耗的影响因素,采取调整褐铁矿使用配比来分析烧结矿铁料单耗与烧结原、燃料成本的关系。结果表明:烧结矿铁料单耗的影响因素主要包括混匀铁料烧损值、烧结矿碱度、烧结矿品位、烧结矿SiO2质量分数、烧结矿FeO质量分数、烧结矿镁铝比、石灰石粉替代钙质生石灰粉占比等7项;烧结矿铁料单耗并非越低越好,且铁料单耗最低情形下烧结原、燃料成本也并非最低,最佳的烧结矿铁料单耗要基于烧结原、燃料成本最省。 The unit iron consumption of sinter is a key index directly affecting the unit manufacturing cost of sinter.The influence factors of unit iron consumption of sinter is studied based on theoretical calculation and regression analysis,and the relationship between the unit iron consumption of sinter and the cost of raw material and fuel is studied by adjusting the proportion of limonite.The results show that the influence factors of unit iron consumption of sinter mainly include the burning loss value of mixed iron material,sinter basicity,sinter grade,SiO2 mass fraction of sinter,FeO mass fraction of sinter,magnesia alumina ratio of sinter,and the proportion of limestone powder replacing calcareous quicklime powder.In fact,the unit iron consumption of sinter is not as low as possible,the sintered raw material and fuel cost are not the lowest when the unit iron consumption is the lowest.The best unit iron consumption of sinter is based on the lowest cost of raw materials and fuel.
