摘要
烧结机漏风是关系烧结能耗、产量及成本等的重要技术指标。为了能更精准地测定烧结机漏风率,在新型料面风速法的基础上,考虑料面风量波动情况,使用曲线积分法代替算数平均值法,减少时间段ΔT对有效风量计算值的影响,使得有效风量计算值更接近实际值;并将新方法在某380 m^2烧结机上进行验证。测试结果表明:料面有效风量和烧结机漏风率计算方法准确可靠,能帮助现场工作人员掌握系统的漏风情况,为生产提供指导。
Air leakage of sintering machine is an important technical index related to sintering energy consumption,output,cost,etc.To measure the air leakage rate of the sintering machine more accurately,based on wind speed method of new material surface,the fluctuation of the air volume of the material surface is considered,the arithmetic mean method is replaced by the curve integral method,the influence of ΔT on the calculated value of the effective air volume is reduced to make the calculated value of effective air volume is closer to the actual value,and a test is made in a 380 m^2 sintering machine.The result shows that the calculation method of calculating effective air volume of material surface and air leakage rate of sintering machine is accurate and reliable,which can help field staff grasp the air leakage of the system and provide guidance for production.
